We kindly ask you to take note of the following guidelines for poster presentations:
Poster Board Dimensions: The interior dimensions of the poster board are 170x115 cm (height x width). Please ensure your poster fits within these measurements. You are welcome to bring posters that are smaller than the specified dimensions.
Printing Your Poster: Kindly print and bring your poster with you, as EAOF does not offer printing services. We can recommend Vester Kopi in Nørregade or Falkoner Allé for your printing needs.
Display Schedule: All posters will be displayed during the whole conference at Panum on June 24 and 25. We encourage you to hang your poster early Tuesday June 24 morning (possible from 07.00 AM) before the opening session.
Display placement: The location of the poster boards are in front of the plenary auditorium, Jerne, and around the buffet area. You choose yourself which of the boards you want to use. The allocation is on a first come, first choose basis. Pins are available to use.
Poster Removal: Please remove your poster by the end of the closing reception on Wednesday June 25. If your poster is not removed 30 minutes after the end of the closing reception, the staff will need to take it down and dispose of it without further notice.
POSTER COMPETITION
All participants are encouraged to see the posters during breaks and vote for their favorit. The Scientific committee will present the best poster during the Closing Ceremony and present the prize.
It is possible to vote for the best poster until 13.00 on Wednesday 25th.
