About: The Men’s Home provides harm reduction and health support to socially vulnerable individuals facing complex challenges such as substance abuse, mental health issues, and homelessness. The visit begins in H17's meeting room with a tour of Europe's largest drug consumption room. This will be followed by a presentation on Mændenes Hjem's work with harm reduction and health.
Finally, we will take a tour of Vesterbro to visit Mændenes Hjem's various services, including the contact center, Café Dugnad, and the Health Room.

Site Visit 2: OPUS-House (Copenhagen Ø)

About: We welcome you to visit the largest Early Interventions outpatient’s clinic in Denmark, The OPUS-house. We´ll guide around in our outpatient department and give a talk about our OPUS service.
Public transportation: Bus 18 stops right in front of (bus stop called Gribsskovvej, Bispebjerg Hospital (Lersø Parkallé)) or 1 km walk from Ryparken Station (S-train and bus 14, 184, 185 and 150S)
Site Visit 3: Walking Tour - Street Compassion – A musical and human walk through the city with Louis Puggaard-Muller & Harry Gras

- Blågårds Plads – Louis’ musical home; multicultural, creative, raw.
- The Round Tower – We cross the lake to this iconic spot, where Louis ends with a song.

Site Visit 4: F-ACT Teams - Psychiatric outpatient clinic Bispebjerg

About: We welcome you to visit the one out of 14 Psychiatric outpatient clinic in the Capital Region of Denmark. The clinics are organized as F-ACT-teams. F-ACT teams are specialized for specific but broad target groups. At this Psychiatric outpatient clinic, you will be introduced to four teams that treats patients with schizophrenia and other psychoses and one team that treats patients with non-psychotic disorders such as depression and OCD. There will be plenty of time for discussions and in the last 30 min. we will guide around in our outpatient clinic.

Site Visit 5: F-ACT Teams - Mental Illness and Homelessness – A Site Visit to Sundholm Shelter in Copenhagen with focus on cross-sector care

About: This site visit takes place at Sundholm, a municipal shelter and social service hub in Copenhagen, known for its support for people experiencing homelessness and e.g., severe mental illness.
During the visit, we will explore various services at Sundholm, starting with the Night Café – an emergency overnight shelter for people without access to stable housing. We will also visit the main shelter facilities and the recently established supervised drug consumption room.
The visit is hosted jointly by Sundholm and the Joint Outreach Team, a collaborative initiative between the Mental Health Services in the Capital Region of Denmark and Copenhagen Municipality. The team is interdisciplinary and includes psychiatric consultants, nurses, social workers, and substance use treatment specialists.
Together, the staff from Sundholm and the outreach team will share insights from their work with individuals who live with both homelessness and complex mental health conditions. They will also discuss the challenges and benefits of close collaboration across mental health services, social care, and substance use treatment in supporting this vulnerable population.

Site Visit 6: Psychiatric Center Amager - Botilbudsteam

About: We welcome you to visit the one out of 5 Botilbudsteam in the Capital Region of Denmark. You will have a presentation of the multi-disciplinary team, that support and treat patients at sheltered living/ group homes at their home in close cooperation with staff working at the sheltered living/ group homes . The collaboration is coordinated at joint board meetings held at sheltered living/ group homes and is practiced as a shared caseload across sectors inspired by the F-ACT model.

Site Visit 7: OPUS-House (Brøndby - Outer Copenhagen area)

About: Visit OPUS and hear a personal story from the OPUS panel: Come and visit an OPUS house, where we have early intervention treatment for Yong people from 18-35 years. It’s a specialized treatment for people with psychosis. We will present a short presentation of the OPUS program, and you will hear a personal story from the OPUS panel in our recovery room.
Public transportation: Take the S-train line B to Brøndbyøster St. Located15 minutes walk from the station.
Site Visit 8: OPUS-House (Amager)

About: Come visit our OPUS team in Amager, placed in the Mental Health House. We will give a talk about OPUS - a specialized treatment program for people with psychosis. You will also be taken on a guided tour in the Mental Health House, where other psychiatric as well as community based actors reside.
Notes: There are some walking in the facility incl. stairs.

Site Visit 9: Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic - Østerbro

About: We welcome you to visit the one out of 14 Psychiatric outpatient clinic in the Capital Region of Denmark. The clinics are organized as F-ACT-teams. F-ACT teams are specialized for specific but broad target groups. At this Psychiatric outpatient clinic you will be introduced to four teams that treats patients with schizophrenia and other psychoses and patients with non-psychotic disorders such as depression and OCD. There will be plenty of time for discussions and in the last 30 min. we´ll guide around in our outpatient clinic.

Site Visit 10: Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic - Hans Bogbinders Allé

About: We welcome you to visit the one out of 14 Psychiatric outpatient clinic in the Capital Region of Denmark. The clinics are organized as F-ACT-teams. F-ACT teams are specialized for specific but broad target groups. At this Psychiatric outpatient clinic you will be introduced to four teams that treats patients with schizophrenia and other psychoses, patients with non-psychotic disorders such as depression and OCD and patients with bipolar disorders. You will have the opportunity to hear all about MaskineMaskine (MMA) - a Peer-run workshop that presents itself as: “MMA is our own patient-run workshop and community center for the so-called severely mentally ill and vulnerable under the auspices of civil society”. You will hear about a special house with a special historical background, which now has many special and different residents and their collaboration across the board. You will also gain insight into how treatment for patients with dual diagnoses is in its start-up phase in the house
